RETURNS:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all purchases made from our main website of http://www.dressmebeautiful.com. You must send an e-mail (via our CONTACT PAGE) notifying us that you intend to return a product within 7 day of receipt. The purchase price will be refunded once item is returned in same condition as when it was shipped out of our warehouse. No refunds on shipping costs and there will be a 15% restocking fee subtracted from refund amount. If item is returned worn, torn, dirty, or beyond 7 day time frame then no refund will be issued. Maximum time limit for returns is 7 days from receipt. Items returned beyond that time frame will not be refunded.

SHIPPING:

We ship USPS Priority mail as it provides free tracking and supplies, and pick-up. If you must have another method there may be a surcharge of $10 per shipment. Shipping rates start at $4.80 and go up depending on weight and location of destination. A tracking number will be sent to each customer after items are shipped. Shipping insurance is recommended but optional. We will not be responsible for any lost items if you have not purchased insurance.
